Crossfit is an intensive strength and endurance training that consists of many functional exercises from different sports such as gymnastics, track and field and weightlifting, which vary continuously and are performed at high intensity. Every day there is a different WoD = Workout of the Day.
Gen Gym Fitness
GenGym Fitness offers you an extensive functional training consisting of
"The Fitness Class", Basic Skill, Handbalancing and Endurance., through which you can learn new movements and improve your fitness together with others in joint workouts.


strong man
Strongman sport is high-intensity training for everyone. It includes intensive workouts that demand maximum strength, endurance, sprinting ability and mental strength to the utmost. Bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups are also trained. By the way: Contrary to its name, Strongman is also a great sport for women! :)
weight lifting
Our weightlifting class specializes in Olympic weightlifting. We focus on the snatch and the clean & jerk. You will learn the right technique and the right build-up of strength for both elements.
