When I joined CrossFit GenGym in 2017, I didn't realize how my life would take a 180 degree turn from that point.

Sport was more interesting for me in front of the television. But when the gym I was registered with in Mainz-Kastel closed and I saw a small flyer from CrossFit GenGym on the door, I thought it couldn't hurt to stop by.

The guys had me from the first training session. I honestly didn't know what I was made of.
But the coaches got the best out of me.

Today I'm fit. I regularly run half marathons and take part in HYROX and various competitions. Yes, my life is new and super exciting.
